Recommendation: All hoof care providers need to be familiar with the information on this site. It is a good site to recommend to your clients who are dealing with either or both of these issues. Once you have a good understanding of the information here you and/or your client may want to join the ECIR Group where you can ask questions and share information on a particular case.

Recommendation:  Start reading these articles at the beginning of your training. Be sure to go back to them several times as you progress through your training. You will have a different understanding of the material each time you revisit it.
