More to know hoof boot studs
Make sure your boots fit well and your horse is acclimated to wearing them before you apply studs
Always apply studs to both boots for proper balance
It is best to not turn horses out in large areas wearing studded boots. A frolicking horse can injure himself and others with studded boots.
When drilling, make sure the stud does not extend past the sole of the foot. This can especially be a problem on older boots with worn soles.
Use caution when installing studs in used boots, as the sole tread is thinner than when new. Studs may penetrate through older well-worn soles.
Always use your best judgment when going out for a ride in slippery conditions. Hoof boots provide extra traction, but they do have their limits!

An easy-to-use and flexible horse boot designed to fit many hoof shapes. The Equine Fusion Ultra Jogging Shoe is a combination of the soft and flexible Ultra upper and the All Terrain sole. The Ultra upper is soft and breathable which makes it comfortable for the horse. The locking mechanism is an intuitive two band fastening system, which makes it adaptable for hooves with odd shape, form or angles. The All Terrain sole is thick with a unique tread design which provides excellent grip with an optimal break over, and great dampening and stability. The engineered flexible and elastic jogging shoe allows the hoof to sink into the rubber sole and allows the hoof to have full contact with the sole to secure natural blood flow and hoof functions. Recommended for horses which need a soft and breathable upper, or have an odd shape hooves. The model can also be good for horses with a distinct natural twisting movement.
